Return Policy
14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- All tags and labels must still be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must be able to provide a receipt or order confirmation
Please note: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@shopaliver.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Wait for confirmation — we will send you a return shipping label and instructions
- Send the package according to the instructions provided
Important: Items sent back without a return first being requested and approved will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Did you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item? Contact us immediately at support@shopaliver.com and we will make it right.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return as described above and then place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method
- Funds will be returned within 10 business days
- It may take a few additional days before your bank reflects the transaction

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with a full refund — provided the conditions below are met.
Guarantee Conditions
- Usage Period — For the guarantee to be valid, the product must have been used for at least 30 days as directed. If you contact us before 30 days have passed since receiving the product, it will not be considered used long enough to evaluate the results, and we reserve the right to deny the refund and any future right to the guarantee.
- Validity Period — The guarantee is only valid if you open a case between day 30 and day 33 after your purchase date. Cases opened before day 30 or after day 33 fall outside the guarantee's validity period, and we reserve the right to deny the refund.
- Proof of Purchase — You must be able to provide a receipt or order confirmation to be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund Contact us by email at support@shopaliver.com between day 30 and day 33 after your purchase. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
