Terms of Purchase
Order Confirmation Once your order is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes information about your products, pricing, billing address, and shipping address.
If anything is incorrect in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@shopaliver.com.
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done on the same day the purchase was made and before customer service closes. We are unable to cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to decline an order if an item is out of stock or for other business-related reasons. The customer will be notified as soon as possible in such cases and will not be charged; any amount already paid will be refunded.
Cancellations on Holidays Cancellation requests made on public holidays will not be accepted. On these days, orders are considered binding as we are unable to manage customer service in real time. If a cancellation request comes in on a holiday, the order may have already moved to packing or shipping, making cancellation no longer possible.
Shipping Our standard delivery time is 6–12 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped no earlier than the following business day.
Delays may occur due to high volumes with our shipping carriers. This is outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
If your order has not arrived and you have not been notified of an extended delivery time, please contact us at support@shopaliver.com.
Taxes, Duties, and Import Responsibility Aliver sells products without local sales tax, as items are shipped directly from a supplier outside the US.
As the customer, you are the legal importer of the goods and are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon entry into your country.
These costs are not included in the price shown on our website, and we are not responsible for them.
By completing a purchase with Aliver, you confirm that you understand and accept that:
- You are listed as the recipient and importer of the product
- You may be billed for import taxes, duties, and carrier fees
We recommend checking the applicable regulations with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Pricing We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in purchasing costs, currency fluctuations, or typographical errors.

Claims and Complaints We inspect all products before shipping. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To file a claim:
- Contact us as soon as possible at support@shopaliver.com and provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue
- Items should only be returned after receiving approval from us
- If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect damages caused by the product. We are also not responsible for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or supplier failures.
Responsibility for Use and Allergies All of our products include a full ingredient list on the product page. It is the customer's responsibility to review this before use to ensure the product does not contain any ingredients that may cause allergies, irritation, or other unwanted reactions.
We are not liable for skin reactions, allergies, or other issues that may arise from use. If you are unsure, we recommend doing a small patch test before full application.
Product Information We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and cannot guarantee stock availability. Color variations may occur depending on screen settings. We always strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
Uncollected Packages If a package is not picked up within the specified time frame and is returned to us, the purchase is considered finalized.
In such cases, the order amount will be refunded minus an administrative fee covering return shipping, handling, and processing.
If you would like us to resend the package, a fee will be charged for re-shipping, return handling, and administration. We will not resend the package until the fee has been paid.
If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the date the package was available for pickup.
